HOW TO USE-

Add our hydroxyethyl urea to the heating water phase, accompanied by constant stirring.
Blend both phases using a mini-mixer or a large mixing spoon.
Add a few drops of vegetable oil to the mixture and stir until you get the desired homogenous mixture.
