Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Chemicals are sensitive to handling and storage, so these return rules apply to all orders from Akshar Exim Company Private Limited (aksharshop.com).

1. Report within 48 hours of delivery. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 92303 82749 with your order details, photos of the pack and label, and the batch number.
2. Only sealed, unopened packs can be returned. For safety and quality reasons we cannot accept opened, partly used, repacked or contaminated material.
3. Quality complaints are checked against the batch Certificate of Analysis (COA). If needed we test a retained or customer sample. If the material is off-spec, we replace it or refund you.
4. Transit damage or leakage: note it on the transporter\'s delivery receipt and send us photos at once. We will arrange a replacement or claim.
5. Wrong product or quantity sent by us: we collect it and send the correct goods at our cost.
6. Refunds are made to the original payment account within 7 working days after the returned goods reach our warehouse and are inspected.
7. Custom-packed, special-order or imported-on-order items cannot be returned unless they are off-spec.
